Synopsis

In a New York lab an intruder breaks in during which he kills a guard, which the Daily Bugle runs as Spider-Man murdering the man much to Peter's anger. The mayor then calls in the Thunderbolts to capture Spider-Man much to Mach 1's delight, as the entire team splits up searching for the framed hero. Shortly afterwards Mach 1 and Songbird are successful in finding the hero and beginning a battle,as Fixer and Meteorite arrive at Fractix to protect the company from a Spider-Man burglary,only to be attacked by an android which gets the better of the heroes, before calling in help of the rest of the Thunderbolts. Citizen V then has Spider-Man let go, as the Thunderbolts depart to face their robotic foe. While back at their base the Thunderbolts plot to defeat the robot and leave Spider-Man framed to take the blame,while unknowingly Mach 1 is being tracked by Spider-Man's spider tracer.While back in at Daily Bugle Jonah offers to give Peter a bonus for pictures of the Thunderbolts arresting Spider-Man,with Spider-Man arriving at the base of the Enclave bursting in ruining Citizen V's plan.However the Enclave is successful in activating the Bio Modem, taking control of The Thunderbolts minds. However Spider-Man's Spider Sense blocks the signal, and Spider-Man is successful in warning Mach 1 so he is unaffected as well.Spider-Man then succesfully saves Mach 1's life,who manages to free Citizen V and the rest of the Thunderbolts with Atlas destroying the robot.Mach-1 then gives Spider-Man a copy of the events that had transpired so the hero could clear his name, and gives a bogus excuse to the rest of the team, wile he confides in Meteroite that he's beginning to enjoy doing the right thing.
